1. Introduction
Welcome to Escriblo. Escriblo is a service operated by Tres Orígenes EAS("we," "us," or "our"). We take the protection of your personal information — and of the people who appear in your memories — seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it when you use our mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Services").

2. What Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name andemail address, and we store your password in encrypted form (never in plain text).
The content you create
Escriblo exists to save your memories, so the content you add is stored to provide the service. This may include:
- Memories and quotes: the text of the phrase or moment, the context you add, the date it happened, and who it belongs to.
- Books: the name and description of the collections you use to organize your memories.
- People (quote authors): the name and, optionally, the date of birth of the people you attribute a memory to, along with your preference to show or hide their age.
- Photos and audio: the images and recordings you attach to your memories.
- Favorites: the memories you mark as favorites.
Information about other people
Your memories often include information about family, friends, or children (for example, something your daughter said). When you invite someone to collaborate on a book, we collect their email address to send the invitation. You are responsible for the third-party information you choose to store in the App (see also the section on children below).
Information collected automatically
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services. To keep the service secure and working, we log basic technical data such as yourIP address, device and browser type (user agent), operating system, and the dates you sign in. If you enable notifications, we also store your device's push notification identifier ("push token").
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create your account, authenticate you, and keep your sessions secure.
- Store, sync, and display your memories across all your devices.
- Let you share books and invite others to collaborate.
- Send you notifications so you can relive your memories at the right moment, when you have enabled them.
- Respond to your inquiries, provide support, and send you administrative information about the service (such as changes to these policies).
- Keep the App safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or the content of your memories, and we do not use them for advertising.
4. Shared Books and Collaboration
Escriblo lets you share a book with others through an email invitation. When you accept or create a collaboration, the members of that book can see the memories it contains and, depending on their role, add or edit content. Only share books with people you trust. You can manage or revoke access from within the App.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your information. We only share it in the following cases:
- Service providers. We work with trusted providers that help us operate the App (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure, and Apple's and Google's push notification services). They only access the data needed to provide their service and are required to protect it.
- Other users. Content in a shared book is visible to the other members of that book, as described above.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, your safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers. If Tres Orígenes EAS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, we use your device's push identifier and Apple's (APNs) or Google's (FCM) services to send you reminders of your memories. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, encrypted storage of passwords, and secure storage of credentials on your device. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and associated content, except what we must keep for legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Note that content you contributed to a shared book may remain visible to the other members of that book.
9. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Many of these actions can be done directly in the App (editing your profile, your memories, or deleting your account). For any other request, or to exercise your rights under applicable law, email us atsoporte@escriblo.com and we will respond in accordance with the law.
10. Children and Content About Others
Escriblo is intended for adults and is not designed for minors to create their own accounts. We recognize that the memories you save may relate to children (for example, quotes from your kids). As the account holder, you decide what information about other people — including minors in your care — you store in the App, and you are responsible for having the right to do so. If you believe we have collected a child's data improperly, contact us to have it removed.
11. International Transfers
Tres Orígenes EAS is based in Paraguay. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in other countries through our infrastructure providers. By using the Services, you consent to this processing, which we carry out with appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the last-updated date at the top and, if the changes are significant, notify you by reasonable means. We encourage you to review it periodically.
